Hello!!!!!! :)
Im looking for the Marie´s “Asiatiska oxfilérullader” (Asian beef filet rolls) recipe in english.
Anyone can help me please?

Here is it in Swedish, maybe someone can translate it.

400g carpacciotunna oxifiléskivor, be din kötthandlare skära dem
3 msk smör till stekning

MARINAD
1 ingefära, färsk, riven
1 vitlöksklyfta, pressad
2 msk asiatisk chilisås
2 msk sesamolja
2 msk japansk soja

1 dl jordnötter
1 vårlök
1 mask sesamfrön
rivet skal från en lime

Blanda alla ingredienser till marinaden utom jordnötterna. Pensla de carpacciotunna oxifiléskivorna. Lägg de grovt krossade jordnötterna på köttskivorna och rulla ihop dem.
Stek ruladerna hastigt i riktigt het panna med smör.
Garnera ruladerna med fint skuren vårlök, rostade sesamfrön, rivet limeskal och lite av marinaden från köttet.

You can serve it up with “Vaniljkryddad grön currysås” and “Jasminris”

Vaniljkryddad grön currysås

2dl kokosmjölk
1tsk green curry paste
1/2 vaniljstång
3 limeblad
salt och peppar

Koka upp kokosmjölken med den gröne curryn, vaniljstången, och limebladen. Låt dra vid sidan av spisen. Sila såsen genom finmaskig pipisil. Smaka av med salt och eventuellt peppar. Servera såsen ljummen eller varm.

I think I have the english trans somewhere home, mail u later :)

400 gr Carpaccio thin beef filet slices, ask your butcher to cut them
3 tablespoons butter for frying

MARINADE
1 freshly grated ginger
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 tablespoons asian chili sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons Japanese soy

1 dl peanuts
1 gagea
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Lime zest (grated peel)

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade except the peanuts. Brush the Carpaccio-thin beef filet slices. Put the coarsly crushed peanuts on the slices and roll them.
Fry the roulades quickly in a really hot pan with butter.
Garnish the roulades with finely cut gagea, roasted sesame seeds, lime zest and some of the marinade from the meat.
