personally I like more the work of per than marie but I´d never say something like marie is nothing.

(no seriously, I personally prefer Per, I just like his songs, either sung by him, marie or both).
I don’t just feel that thing Per’s song have with Marie’s music...but ofcourse taste is personal....to say it in Dutch: “Over smaak valt niet te twisten”.
and btw, Per wrote 99% of the Roxette songs...
