Calling all freelancers on TDR

I am looking for some freelancers who can work for me. Sharing this information on TDR first is better than to share it elsewhere.
Designers and specially programmers who can work in different technologies like .NET, PHP, XML, Java etc.
Designers should have some command over tools like Photoshop, Livemotion, Image Styler, Illustration tools (Corel, Illustrator, Freehand), and knowledge of slicing and making html using Dreamweaver is more than important.
If you can work real quick and you don’t cost a fortune, let me know.
