How log will you live?

I’ve just found a site where you can have your life expectancy calculated. You have to fill out a test concerning your living habits, food consumption, health situation, etc. When you are ready, they not only calculate how long you’re expected to live, but they give you useful tips how you can live healthier.
Take the test here: http://www.livingto100.com/ (select any US-state and give a fake 5-digit number for zip code if you don’t live in the States) and post how long you’re expected to live, according to the site. They say I’ll live for 88.5 years.

Mind u i do smoke and drink, my diet isnt too healthy and i dont really exercise either, so i suppose it was expected....i will get round to living a healthier lifestyle sometime.

Geez, this is kinda morbid. It would be really scary if its right. Maybe the moderators should take it. We can do the average and calculate the life expectancy of TDR. Just kidding.... :-)

I was bored and did the quiz giving the worst answers possible and it said I would live to 23!
It said that I have spectacular genes because I’ve surpassed my life expectancy. My real answer was 79, phew... Rich

Why on earth would you want to know that? Don’t you think that little tidbit of guesswork will stick in your head? Subconsciously you might sabotage your own longevity by believing that’s all you’ve got. Stranger things have happened.
If I believed in palimistry, everyday for me is a miracle: my lifeline just stops on my hand. That wouldn’t instill a lot of confidence in me when I get aboard an airplane or behind the wheel of a car.

MiracleMan: Maybe, just maybe, it’ll give you a chance to change your lifestyle if you get a result of like 50 yrs or so.

But some of the questions asked don’t apply to my family or my lifestyle. So I took the least damaging one I could find...

He’s 6 years older than me. That means I’ll be on my own for 18.2 years. YIKES!!!!
