Can anyone help me? I was, in my usual manner, listening to Roxette a couple of days ago and then I realized that it sounds just like Marie sing “masturbate without you” toward the end of the song “spending my time”. Is Per a pervert or am I weird to make this association?

Well, call me weird too because I thought Marie said this for ages. I actually convinced myself she was saying “best to be without you honey”. I guess that doesn’t make much sense either given the context of the song.

I also heard ” best to be without you” for years. I think it would have been cool if Marie really sang ” Masturbate...” When I sing along to SMT I always sing “Masturbate without you honey..” :)
