Lawsuits, Plagiarisms

Could someone tell me how many times Per was taken to court/sued for “supposedly” plagiarizing other artists’ music.
By who?
And which two songs on both sides?
What happened in the end?
Are there any other times when he was Not, But in Your opinion should have been ;)
I read somewhere about Heart and Prince taking him to court

Interesting.
Hey by the way, Erika’s “Cold Winter Night” CD was recently re-released in Germany. Awesome swedish Rock/Pop album. People were paying a lot of money for it before. Someone should make a topic about her :)

They have her album, great price for such a great ultra-melodic Swedish album. Check out song “Cold winter night” :)
So Prince and Heart stuff are just rumors

Yeah, but rockier.
Ankie’s ’Where were You Last Night” song is awesome too!

I’m just glad that Rod Stewart doesn’t listen to GT, I don’t think Per could get away with Kung av Sand in court, it sounds too much like The First Cut is The Deepest.

The only one I know of that has actually happened is this only time, with Stephan Malmstedt and his “Jennie and I” (“Sleeping in My Car”). The others are only unconfirmed rumors. Well, actually he was accused to steal another song from Swedish singer Erika, but was acquited. I don’t remember the name of her song, but Gessle’s song was “Fading Like a Flower”.
